Shipping / Returns

SHIPPING

All of our products are made upon receipt of your order and will ship within two to three business days. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. We can only ship to one address per order. The standard shipping is available in the continental United States via the United States Postal Service and the rates are as follows:

Orders $50+: USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Number  (2-5 business days) FREE

Orders under $50: USPS Priority Mail with Tracking Number  (2-5 business days)  $6.00 per package

USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight to most locations) with Signature Requirement:  $30.00 per package

We will accommodate alternative shipping requests on a case-by-case basis. At this time, we are not accepting international orders due to the sharp increases in shipping costs across all international carriers. Any offer that includes free shipping does not include free return.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied, you can return your jewelry purchased online within ten (10) calendar days of receipt (exceptions are available for gift purchases), provided it remains in its original condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Returned items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price, replacement with an alternative item, or credit towards a future purchase. If your item was purchased at a Retail Partner, please return your item directly to them.

All returns require a Return Authorization number. To process your return please complete the Return Authorization Form.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package. Returns must be packed and well padded, in a manner consistent with the original delivery packaging. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges are not offered on items damaged during return shipping, due to inadequate packaging. Refunds on original and return shipping costs are not offered. Refunds may take up to 10 days for processing, with the purchase price being credited back to your original form of payment. For credit card purchases, the posting of the refund to your account will be in accordance with your credit card company's standard policies. There are no exchanges or returns on special order items, custom designs, sale items or gift cards.

WARRANTY

VIELÄ, Ltd. employs great care and pride in the production of each piece we make. We warrant that our products are carefully inspected and free from known defects. If a product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the pieces we see fit, for up to one year from the purchase date. This warranty is void if the product was knowingly exposed to damaging conditions or cleaning products, in any way altered or repaired, improperly stored or damaged in transit to us. This warranty is limited to the cost of the item purchased.

SALES TAX

VIELÄ, Ltd. will charge all applicable taxes according to The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania sales tax code.  A 6% sales tax will be assigned to any purchases shipped to an address in Pennsylvania. Additionally, Pennsylvania law mandates that sales tax is charged on the shipping and handling charge of taxable items shipped to an address in Pennsylvania. If the shipping address is outside of Pennsylvania, and you see sales tax charged on your invoice, that means we have reached economic nexus in your state and are required to collect sales tax.
